ABOUT ASA

Asa Angel is a certified Reiki Master, yoga + meditation teacher, and intuitive guide. She utilizes her knowledge of ancient spiritual traditions coupled with neuroscience to bring about deep transformation. Her passion lies in taking these esoteric concepts and relaying them in a way that feels familiar, understandable, and practical. Through this work she brings people back into alignment with who they truly are. It is her deepest desire to cultivate a luscious, vibrant planet full of embodied and powerful people.

Asa also holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Miami and has a decade of experience in working in education policy in Miami, Washington D.C., and New York City. This experience informs her work, cultivating a grounded healing approach that understands how the spiritual, mundane, and political weave together to create our world. 

Asa has studied with experts including Ram Dass, H.H. Dalai Lama, Isa Gucciardi, Arawana Hayashi, Ethan Nichtern, Ralph De La Rosa, and countless other spiritual masters and healers. In the last seven years, she has helped over 5,000 people, launching 30+ programs, and has hosted two international retreats in Costa Rica, India, and Nepal. Asa has also had the honor of working with companies like the Wisdom 2.0 Conference, Tara Mandala, Earth Activist Training, the NYC Department of Education, the Ohio Nurses Association, Hasbro Inc., and Newport Hospital.

Asa employs a shamanic method, using the universal life force energy which animates every living thing on this planet. This energy has its own intelligence and it knows exactly what one needs to heal. When in a session, she steps out of the way and becomes a channel for this power to do exactly what it needs, where it needs to. This allows the exact messages you need for your path to come through along with any other information from your healing guides and higher self. Through a series of initiations, a decade of learning, and thousands of experiences she understands how to relay these messages to you. She takes the symbolic language of spirit and turns it into something another person can understand, in words that makes sense.

She specializes in working with people who are dealing with physical ailments, stress & anxiety, major life transitions, and processing past trauma. Her work strives to create a world of fully embodied and empowered people. These sessions are best suited for people who are looking to lead more fulfilling, empowered, magical, and aligned lives.

An energy work session utilizes Asa’s gifts as she is able to tap into past life themes, bring light to the immediate needs on your path, or connect you back to memories of childhood that may bring perspective to your current state of being. In a session with Asa you will be seen and understood for who you really are, and reground yourself in your deepest truth. Asa facilitates a level of relaxation in your mind and body that creates the space for you to drop into a state of natural healing. A private session with Asa will leave you feeling stress-free, safe, open and understood along with action steps to take into the week after your session.

Asa was named after her great-grandfather Asa Angel. The name "Asa" originates from Hebrew and means healer or physician, while "angel" comes from Greek meaning spirit messenger. Through her practice she works to bring you messages from beyond the realm of ordinary consciousness to encourage healing on multiple levels.
